Please update recurring transaction cancellations in salesforce

    Sorry that we have missed this post.

    This feature is not yet supported. We don't post the information to Salesforce when a recurring has been cancelled. The infrastructure is in place and release 10 has that built-in but the release is scheduled for the end of 4th quarter.

    I'm seeing this issue under version 8.9004. Recurring payments in SalesForce never show when they are canceled. Is there anything you can suggest to troubleshoot this? It makes the list in SalesForce useless if I can't know which are active or not.

    Good day!

    This feature will be in the Release 4.0 due out by the end of August. In this release we will be separating our dependence on Household and will no longer require it as part of the installation.

  • Please update recurring transaction cancellations in salesforce

    Hi, I cancelled a donation using the click & pledge management console. But, the recurring transaction is not identified as cancelled in salesforce. I notice that the C&P Recurring object in salesforce has a cancelled checkbox field and a cancellation date. Would it be possible to update the salesforce record with this cancellation data when a recurring transaction is cancelled at click & pledge?

    Please also add the cancellation fields to the page layout for C&P Recurring object.
