Separate field labels from custom question names

It would be great if, similar to how Salesforce fields have the labels and the API names, we could have separate field labels and name for custom questions so that, if we change the label of a question we don't have to go and re-map them.

This subject has already been discussed in the Salesforce HUB and brought up by another client. It is an idea that we are exploring as an SKU for custom question so it can be mapped.
