We have to issue credits occasionally in Click and Pledge. We like the way the Connect handles the email notification much better than the autoresponder. The connect email automatically fills out the contents of the email and the user just has to hit send. In the autoresponder, the text area is blank. We try to keep our users out of Connect and keep them working in Saleforce, which is a main reason we use the autoresponder. We'd love it if the contents of the text of the email was already completed, or you had the option to use an email template for sending a notification of a credit. This would keep those emails consistant and professional when using the autoresponder for issuing credits/email notification of the credit. Also, please add the ability to select the "From" email address so it doesn't come from the person who's sending it's email address.
