When a transaction is processed through the click & pledge system, several objects are created in salesforce. some are click & pledge custom objects, along with a standard salesforce opportunity record.
Insertion of these records can fail for a number of reasons, such as a validation rule, missing required field, or perhaps storage space full error.
I'd like to suggest that when an error is encountered, the error log is captured, and emailed to the "Contact Email Address" set up with the click and pledge account info.
Further, I'd request that click & pledge systems retry insertion of any failed objects at some regular interval like 4 hours or 1 day or something. Then, once the source of the error has been resolved, the missing objects will get created in salesforce.
