Does Click and Pledge have an integration with Accounting Seed? If not, would CnP be interested in developing an integration with Accounting Seed like it has with Predictive Response and Double the Donation?
No problem in adding integration but I have never heard of this app and nobody else has asked for it. If we have other requests we will gladly consider it.
I'm wondering if there could be some sort of integration with Accounting Seed and/or Sage Live....similar to the integration CnP developed with Predictive Response and Double the Donation....and maybe even a discount of the Accounting Seed cost for CnP clients.
Just to chime in...although it's likely that many CnP customers use Quickbooks or Quickbooks Online for their accounting, Salesforce users may prefer a native financial solution. Salesforce has two "big gun" financial programs - Financial Force is one - but Accounting Seed and Sage Live are aimed at small-to-medium organizations, and as of May 2016 Sage is now the strategic development partner for Salesforce, after Quickbooks on line ended its arrangement in 2014, and they are granting 2 free licenses of Sage Live to qualifying NPOs. So going forward, CnP may be seeing more Sage Live integration requests as from an ongoing cost basis as well as a single-point infrastructure basis a CnP-Sage Live-NPSP teamup will make a lot of sense.
Thanks for chiming in PFlagPDX! Yes, Sage Live and their 2 free licenses are quite compelling and I agree that CnP + Sage Live + NPSP = A Great Team and makes a lot of sense!
We have contacted both companies and will see what they are open to. In a lot of these cases the companies consider us as a competitor and do not reply or state that given we compete with some of their apps they cannot work with us.
Just following up: Accounting Seed has TRUE Salesforce integration. (Sage is built on Salesforce...sort of how Convio was) In my opinion Accounting Seed is the better product and as I understand it, an integration between Accounting Seed and Click and Pledge is forth coming! This is why hands down, Click and Pledge ROCKS!
Neely (Now, if we could only get the Membership Management up and running) (Smile!)
