Autoresponder Clone option

I just finished entering 50ish autoresponder rules, most of which were part of a pattern. It would have been much easier if there were a "clone" option for the autoresponder.

There is a SalesForce report which I can use to generate a summary of most of the fields. However, if I say SKU= XXX, it only picks up the AND part of that condition, not the details of it. I realize the difficulty of using that report writer to show sub fields which may have multiple entries. However, it would be nice to be able to check my work without the need to open every entry.


By the way, the label for the field "Replay To Address" should be "Reply To Address"

The cloning has been requested before and will be in the next update. It has not yet been publicized but will be in the update due out this week (or next).

As for the typo- we have looked and cannot find where you are seeing the "Replay" text. In the Autoresponder we see the following:




Would you please post the image and location of where you are seeing the typo.

Thank you for your reply. We are aware of it and its label was changed a while back. The fieldname cannot be changed as it will have impact but unfortunately some typos during development are embedded so deeply that are not worth correcting. It is an internal name for use in the code and not customer facing so it will not be updated.
