Error - Virtual Terminal within Salesforce

Hello,

I am receiving this error in my system. I have granted C&P 3 day access starting today to see what is going on.

When I process anything through the Virtual Terminal, I receive this error. When I click try again and process the transaction a second time it goes through fine.

Good day!

This is an issue with the API Class Library and the Double the Donation activation. In certain conditions the DTD response is NULL and it causes the issue.

We have updated your library to the latest release (not yet in AppExchange) and it should fix the issue. Please test it now & let us know if you still experience the issue.
