Error on box office

Hello,

My colleague who usually registers people on the back-end got this error message (see attached) when she went to the box office. It is intermittent though. When we checked after about half an hour she could already access the box office.

The event I am referring to is WEBINAR: Strategic Planning: Building a Vision for your Organization Feb 27/15 and Strategic Planning ABCs Mar 24, 2015

We have reviewed your post-installation and all is fine. There are no issues with the installation.

The user that has issue must have a permission problem. Please let us know the UserID so we can review his/her privileges. Seems like her profile or custom permissions don't have access to specific fields in the box office.

By the way you were on an older release of the application and we upgraded your instance so you are up to date now.
