Remove Social Comment from Connect donation pages

Social comment is not available as it is a specific tag that may not be used by others. See below: Both sections of the C&P Data are part of the same transaction's data.

We provided the custom question so those that need it can map it within a general framework of mapping.

If this is the case, why have we not been able to map social comment into Salesforce via custom questions? I literally just went through this with your support team and they recommended the redundant duplication of the Social Comment and a Custom Question because there was no other option.

The social comment posts as both Custom Question and the social comment field. The node for social comment will be used in the future since we (C&P) will have full control over its use and as such it will be used as feeds - since we know exactly what & where it is. If we were to use the custom questions then an org may use the same name for a different purpose.

The Social Comment is a different field from Custom Questions, but we can't remove it so we have redundant fields available for writing a comment along with a donation. If Custom Questions is the only way to map a comment into Salesforce, we should be able to disable and remove Social Comments and use only Custom Questions in it's place so there is no duplication of the comment field.
