I understand that donors using social media can be encouraged by showing graphs, charts, and stats to give. But these are usually small donors motivated by a cause and with very little to lose. That is not the case for organizations using Click and Pledge as an online platform for what can be much larger donations. Imagine a potentially large donor going to a donation page and seeing either no donors yet, or very few, and only, say $500. Yet this donor had been asked for $5000. S/he would now be discouraged from giving, wondering, "Why should I be an idiot and give $5000 when so few people are giving, period?" There MUST be a way--QUICKLY--to eliminate the stats form the donation ("check out") page.
