If the profile pic image option in Connect and Click & Pledge is going to have such picky size and dimension limitations, you should have some type of software in there that will edit the photo within your system, like Facebook does when you upload a new profile pic. You basically have to be knowledgeable in Photoshop to get a profile pic that looks decent. I can't even imagine an outside funder through connect doing that process themselves - we've had 5-6 fundraisers on connect and I've had to build their pages for them each time because of this issue.

Yep, this is one of the primary barriers to us using Connect for our crowdfunding campaigns. We're continuing to use Crowdrise but hope Connect becomes more accessible in the coming year.
Campaign images have the same crazy restrictions, making it really difficult to get a photo to have the right dimensions. I had to use Pages to put enough white space around my organization's logo so it would be compatible.
