  • PaaS Recurring Payment Email Address

    If a contact in Salesforce has a Recurring Payment and their email address changes (the "email" field in SF) then any future recurring payment emails are still sent to the original email, not the new email address.

    We were able to manually update the email address in C&P Connect, but it would be nice if it would pull the current email address of the contact rather than using a potentially old email.

    Good day!

    In release 9.2 (due out next week) you will be able to update a recurring payment within Salesforce. This is not done automatically, meaning if you change the contact record in SF it will not automatically update the recurring but you may update it by clicking on the update contact record in the recurring payment page.
