It is my understanding that you are overhauling the administrative portal for recurring gifts. That's great. But in the meantime, could you please change (and/or delete) the wording in the sentence on the e-receipt that says "Your card will be charged $30.00 every Month* for cancellation please contact us at the email address or phone number listed above." For all e-check gifts, that wording is not correct, and we continue to hear from donors who are confused and bothered and concerned to say the least. One was ready to stop giving all together. Could you please at least delete the words "Your card will be charged." Could you change the wording to say "This is a recurring payment of $xx.xx every Month . . ." so the mention of the card isn't there at all?? If you could make this change now, and not wait for the complete update, that would be awesome!!!!!
