It's wonderful how easy it is to click a button and have Click and Pledge create a new contact and new opportunity. Hopefully what I'm asking for is pretty simple. When we're taken to the confirmation page in Salesforce after clicking "Process," can it please include a hyperlink to the new contact and new opportunity. We have some custom coding we go in and do on each and it would be great to be able to go directly to the right place. Thanks so much for your openness to suggestions!

Good day!
The Approval page is totally blind to that information since at that stage it has received the authorization or decline. The transaction posts to the API and then the C&P Data receives the post and only after that post the triggers will run and create the transactions, etc.
So the Thank You page has no knowledge of the information.
Hope that answers the question. I love the idea but not sure how we can possibly do it.Regards,

Yes- that is what I mean. When the process button is clicked and transaction authorizes or declines a page appears showing a thank you page.

At this stage we have no knowledge of the Contact ID, etc. as related to the Contact. The Contact has not yet been created and it will be created once the C&P Data posts and all triggers run.
We may be able to put a link to the Contact if the Contact has been looked up but not if a new contact. Hope you see the challenge! the information is not YET available at that time.Regards,

This is true- it is not there if the contact has been looked up. I stated that it is something we can add and it will work if the contact is looked up first but for new ones we can't.
I have added this as a feature request for the next update.
