We rely heavily on SKUs in the "Custom Answer Map Field Settings".
Whenever I need to update the SKU mapping (about every other month), I experience issues with saving changes. I will change a couple rows, receive an error message (or an alert that I accidentally selected the "add row" option), refresh the browser, and find my changes were not saved. At this point, I basically expect that I will need to repeat work multiple times.
In addition, it is impossible to insert or delete rows from the middle of the page. Due to the complexity of our mapping, I am constantly shifting rows up and down to make the logic work.
It would be a real time-saver if this page worked more like Excel -- with insert and delete row options. Or maybe arrows to move rows up and/or down in the logic.
