When I do a transaction credit in the C&P Portal, no information about this credit gets posted to Salesforce. We use Autoresponders and Salesforce Reports in our accounting office, so they have no way of knowing which transactions are credited unless I specifically communicate it to them. Even so, it breaks process and doesn't look good from an auditing perspective.

Good day!
This feature is already included in release 9.x due out before summer. We have added it to the API and the integration services but the PaaS application does not have it included.
It is a feature requested by many and it is a logical feature that is missing.Regards,
