    Good day!

    This issue was resolved in the previous release.

    I suggest that you upgrade to the latest version which was released today. Please see: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1909

    Please let us know if you still experience the issue.

    In the previous release where this was fixed we simply deduct the discount from both the level and its associated discount. If the discount exceeds the tax deductible portion then the deductible will become 0.

    I believe this was addressed in the latest release due out next week (you may download the beta & test it) but need to confirm.

    I created a salesforce event called BENEFIT WEEKEND 2014 OVERNIGHT. For that event, i created several products to purchase through registration. I then created several discounts that can be applied to the different products. It seems that it does not matter which product or discount I apply, the Total Tax Deductible does not match the Net Total.

    When I apply a coupon using a discount plan, the Net Total is decreased correctly, but the Total Tax Deductible is not. Can this be addressed so that the Total Tax Deductible also decreases when the coupon is applied?
