Changing Payments

It would be great to have the ability to change a payment type for an event. We have come across various scenarios where a registrant has been processed as an invoice and then they come back and want to give us a credit card for either all or part of their transaction. It would also be great to be able to handle account credits since we can't refund part of a credit card transaction, we could at least have a record on their account that they have $x.xx that they could apply to another tranaction.

This feature has been added for release 4.x due out later this year.
