Feature Request - Do not create Custom Question Record if Answer is Blank

We have added Custom Questions to the Virtual Terminal within Salesforce, however every time a VT transaction comes through a Custom Question is created even if the answer was left blank. We would like to have the option to disable the creation of a Custom Question record if the answer to the question is left blank.

As it was discussed on a live support session possibly a Check box next to the custom question that says "do not post question if blank" might be the best solution.
