PLEASE CONSIDER creating a dicount for the Entire BASKET Amount!

I so so so often need to give a $50 off discount, or something like that, for an entire purchase, which can have 10 items or more.

I think this is so basic. Please ADD this option.

ALSO discount codes are crucial as well. I know they exist in Event Management, but they should also exist in PAAS.

I have no idea why you do not offer these two things; i know the technology exists and it would not be that difficult.

I just wanted to also request this change. Having a discount that applies to multiple registration levels would be a huge improvement and would help us out in our instance as well.
