I ordered two Swiper1 devices on Dec. 3, 2012. On Dec. 10 I was told that they had been mailed on Dec. 5. I sent an inquiry on Dec. 20 saying I had not yet received them, but received no reply. I sent another inquiry on Jan. 7, but received no reply.
Has anyone else received a Swiper1?

Swipers are being shipped on a daily basis.

Our records show that the Swipers were shipped to you in December. I have requested additional units be sent to you today.

I will have support send you the tracking number so you can follow the shipment.
