Capture address with mobile giving?

I watched the mobile giving webinar today. I wonder, do we get any information from the donor besides name and e-mail? We use Salesforce and would hope to also get a mailing address. Would the mailing address from the credit card be logged into Salesforce, or do we only get the name and e-mail?

Hi Shari,

The mobile platform is connected with Salesforce. Please note that making a donation through a mobile website is limited to a small screen and typing is not as easy as using the desktop. This is why we are not collecting the address and only name and email. Considering with the 3 fields you may easily identify an existing donor the donation will be attached to the contact. If the contact does not exist then you may request the address information later or through future donations update the record.

We have tried to make mobile giving easy and not require a lot of typing using the small keyboards available on a mobile phone.
