    We reviewed and noticed that your User profile has limited access.

    Your user profile is MarComm' and doesn't have Swiper1 App access. Please ask 'Admin (System Profile)' for Swiper1 access. KB article https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/article/connect-manage-users

    Hello, yes, I've done it over a few days and in a few different ways with the same pop-up showing.

    My email ID is [email protected] and the account # is 61176.

    Would you please confirm that you are entering the Account# and user email ID correctly? We see that error in case either information is not correct. Please share the C&P Account# and the userID you trying to login with so that we can review it.

    Hello,

    I recently received a Swiper1, and have been trying to log in through the app. After putting in my account information and clicking the "get the code" button, a message pops up saying it is an invalid entry. Do I need to do something in the back end of our account to allow me to sign into this mobile app?
