How are cash transactions run through Swiper 1 reported in C&P? For charge transactions, they appear on the settlement report; but, since no fees are involved and we would already have the money, would we just have to pull a daily transaction report to dig out any cash transactions?

    Good day Jennifer

You could easily use "Custom Payment" type and add the label "Cash", or anything else you want. See the image below:

I know we can use it and have it already set-up. My question was regarding how those transactions then get reported. If I pull a settlement report, it shows all the credit card transactions for that bank deposit. However, if we get a cash payment, where will that show up report-wise so that we can pull something to accompany the cash deposit?

        Jennifer

Sorry for not understanding your question correctly.

You may easily get a report on Custom Payment type. Settlement report is NOT what you want to look at - as that is the report for the bank deposits.

Simply create a custom report and create the columns .. the payment type being custom payment type. As we do not settle the custom payment type that is just recorded as a transaction.

Have you read / watched this: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...onnect-reports

Please let us know if that helps.
