We have tested by doing a couple of test transactions in your instance by cloning the Event in the question through Swiper1 on an iOS iPad device but were unable to replicate the issue with the transaction as well as the contact lookup.
We reviewed your account and found no decline or pending transactions in the Event which means the transaction did not hit API. This happens when a transaction has a timeout exception in case of an internet issue. It seems the contact lookup also has to do with the internet issue as well.
The required fields are First Name, Last Name, Credit Card#, and Expire Date.
