    We are using Swiper1 on IOS ipads for an event on 5/12.
    Swiper1 app and Salesforce apps are installed and connected.

    We have tested preauthorization and test transactions. In 6 out of 10 tests we got the following error after selecting process:
    Transaction Status
    Error
    Error occured while payment.
    OK

    We have tried manually entering information and received the same error. When manually entering transaction information, what fields are required?

    We have also had issues with Contacts lookup in Salesforce.
    Using Swiper1, Contacts lookup in Salesforce didn't return contact
    When typing in first and last name it did find contact

    Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce instance and share the Event name so that we can review it?

    Please allow us to do a couple of test transactions to debug the issue.

        We have tested by doing a couple of test transactions in your instance by cloning the Event in the question through Swiper1 on an iOS iPad device but were unable to replicate the issue with the transaction as well as the contact lookup.

        We reviewed your account and found no decline or pending transactions in the Event which means the transaction did not hit API. This happens when a transaction has a timeout exception in case of an internet issue. It seems the contact lookup also has to do with the internet issue as well.

        The required fields are First Name, Last Name, Credit Card#, and Expire Date.

        Note: We have tested on the last version of Swiper1. Please make sure that you are at the latest version of the Swiper1 app. Version# 11.2106030502
