The test transactions we did with the CC number you give that ends in 1111, before using Swiper 1 actually made Donation pages in Salesforce. How do we keep that from happening? and is there a way to delete them all easily in Salesforce or do we have to do them one by one?

When you said "actually made Donation pages in Salesforce" do you mean C&P Event Management in Salesforce? Please note that you may test the custom donation page using test card numbers but due to security reasons test cards are not allowed in Connect nor in Swiper1. C&P Events has test mode and there is an option to delete all of the test transactions within the C&P Event Management. However, for other transactions, you can delete that one by one through Maintenance under C&P Settings.Regards,
