Swiper 1 won't recognize event

Getting ready to use Swiper 1 on Monday for our golf tournament. How do I get it to find our event? When I touch Event on Swiper app it says "no event available". I've updated the app and even tested a credit card and it worked, but I want it to recognize the correct golf tournament.
