Problem texting out Shoutout

Tips on troubleshooting Shoutout in your Twilio account: check your messages log to see the incoming and outgoing messages - that way you'll know where the problem occurred.



Change "Outgoing" to "Incoming" to find how Twilio responded when the request to send the shoutout came in. Then check to see if there's any Status information about Outgoing as well. That should shed more light on what's going on.

If that doesn't shed any light, please email [email protected], with a login to your Twilio account. Include a link to this post. From there we can verify the settings are correct.

I have been checking out Shoutout recently. I was able to send out a Shoutout to a donor via email successfully. But I got a "30008 - Unknown error" from Twilio when I tried to text a donor a Shoutout. My Twilio account is active and working and so is my SMSGiving setup with Click&Pledge. I was able to text to the SMSGiving number and it successfully responded with a text with the donation link. Please help. Thanks.
