    Hello,
    None of our authorized accounts can see events. We get the message "No events available."
    The event is live.
    We have given access and update the devices' event settings status.

    We need this fixed asap.

    Please advise.

    Good day!

    Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. There must be a permission issue.

    Please note that your post does not tell us what is your Salesforce Organization ID and as such we cannot possibly check anything.

    Please let us know your Salesforce Organization ID as well as grant us login access so we can review your event settings and permissions. Swiper1 and Salesforce events have users that need to have access for a the time allowed. All these permissions and settings have to be set in Salesforce so Swiper1 user can see the event.

    Once we have the information we can review it.

        What is the Userid of the user that is logging in to Swipre1 and does not see the event?

          Hello,

          You may need to update the End Date/Time for Swiper1 Enabled Levels on the event.

          You can find this setting on the Event in the Check-In & Check-Out section.

          To locate this setting:
          Click on Event Management from the App Launcher
          Then click on the event that is experiencing the issue.
          Click on Check-In & Check-Out.
          Expand the Swiper1 Enabled Levels section by clicking on the arrow next to the label.

          If the setting needs to be updated, click Edit and enter the correct date and time then click Save.
