Hi,
We have Swiper1 installed on 2 iPads. One iPad works just fine with either of the 2 bluetooth Swiper1 card readers, but the other iPad doesn't process transactions successfully with either reader, which makes me think it's an app connection issue with that particular iPad.
When using the iPad that doesn't work, after clicking "ok to process" for a transaction, a red box pops up that says "Transaction Status- Declined Invalid IP"
I looked around on the C&P help and Google but didn't see any results that address this.
Both iPads are authorized with Swiper1.
The first time we noticed this issue occurred was on 1/13.
