Swiper1 Not Working- Payment Declined Notice

Hi, any updates?

I tried again via Swiper1 bluetooth and also by manually typing the CC # in. It says "declined" with the red frowny face, but no longer said what it used to say (in the image attached to the first post on this thread).

Sorry for the continued problem. May I ask that you try it now?

We have narrowed the issue down to the iOS update where the IP address reported is not correct and the gateway has trouble authorizing it since the IP and the country it is being reported are incorrect. Our team is working to figure out why iOS is reporting incorrect IP address.

For now we have updated the platform to bypass the issue if iOS reports the incorrect IP.

Please test it and let us know if you are still having problem.

We have updated the Swiper1 on iOS and resolved the IP issue. We have been notified by Apple that the release is now public.
