User can't see event

  • User can't see event

    I authorized 3 users to see all events on our event management system (there's only one active event). One of them gets the message "No events available" when he tries to select an event. How do I fix this?

    We noticed that your instance is many versions behind for which support has been ended very long back and per this post, the integration between your account and salesforce has stopped.

    Please grant us access to your Salesforce instance so that we can upgrade your instance with the latest versions of our apps.

      I believe we're not using the instance indicated in my profile - the administrator on my account already upgraded the one we're actually using. I'll follow up with the administrator since I don't have the permission levels to give support access.
