  • Issue with Swiper1 and Salesforce Autoresponder

    I'm having issues with transactions processed with the Swiper consistently triggering the C&P Autoresponder in Salesforce. Am not having this issue with Virtual Terminal. C&P Order #30297-1810291703293996190. The SKU I'm passing is FTM. I've granted 1 week access. Org ID: 00Di0000000HXaF

      Yes, I understand that there was no NO autoresponder fired for the following order number: 30297-1810291703293996190. I am trying to find out WHY. The settings were the same for order #30297-181029175850974, the only difference being was that this was via Virtual Terminal and the prior transaction was via Swiper1. Can you help?

        Sorry but I am bit confused by your question. Are you were expecting to fire the autoresponder for the order# 30297-1810291703293996190? Your first post sounds like, it should not fire the responder and in the second post, you are expecting to fire the responder.

        Would you please make it clear what exactly you are expecting with Autoresponder?

          Yes, I am expecting it to fire the responder. Transaction should have passed the SKU: FTM to trigger the auto responder.

                As you can see there is NO email address for the Swiper1 transaction. Please note that Autoresponder will fire only if the email exists for the respective transaction data.

                  Okay, I thought that when we converted the contact (a contact with an email address) that the Responder would be triggered. Why is that not the case?

                    The system is designed that way, it fires based on the initial transaction person email, not the existing one.
