Swiper1 Error message [Transaction Status-Please enter valid payment information.-OK]

Getting Error message after pressing OK to Process,
In test mode,
In production mode,
When payment information is entered manually
When it is entered via bluetooth swiper1,
I have tried multiple cards, swiped as well as chip inserted.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app.
I have reset all fields to default and started over
I have cleared local database
...and I still get the error message.

Error message:
Transaction Status (orange background)
Please enter valid payment information (white background)
OK (Black background)

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8+
Android version 8.0.0
Swiper1 version 9.000.014

Please try again and let us know if it is working in production mode. We have tested your account and it works. We updated a few parameters in your account and tested it locally and all is working.

Unfortunately, I still get the same error message. Just tried with reader and manually, test and production mode.
