  • Swiper1 not connecting via Bluetooth

    I was apple to successfully pair and connect with my Samsung 9 but we are also trying to connect on an Iphone6 and we are getting this error message when we try to pair it using Bluetooth:

    "Pairing Unsuccessful: Swiper1 is not supported."

    Good day @Allison

    I would like to walk you through the step by step instructions to connect the Bluetooth device:

    1. Phone Settings >> Turn ON the Bluetooth
    2. Open Swiper1 App
    3. Navigate to Device Manager
    4. Turn ON Swiper1 Bluetooth
    5. Here you will see the list of "Available Swiper1 Bluetooth Devices" as shown in the below image:

    6. Simply select the device and click on Save Changes.

    Please make sure that you are following the above steps.
