Hi. An organization I work with just ordered your new Swiper1 bluetooth devices but they are not being read by their iPad5 iOS 11.0.2 devices. 11 has been out for almost a year now, is your new bluetooth device not compatible with 11? Account 50435. Is there a way I can have someone help troubleshoot this issue with them? Thanks, Lani

I signed into swiper1 on my ipad 5 (operating system 11.0.2 (15A421), model is MP2F2LL/A) and went to Device Manager to choose Swiper1-Bluetooth. I turned on the swiper1 bluetooth device and clicked Saved Changes. Then, a notification popped up saying "Please connect Swiper 1 Bluetooth and try again."
I went to my ipad Settings to verify the bluetooth was on and it was. On the list of things to connect to, I saw Swiper1. I clicked on that and the notification said: "Pairing Unsucessful: Swiper1 is not supported."
I tried to turn on and off my bluetooth and tried multiple times to connect ipad with swiper 1 bluetooth with no success.

Good day @NYIMC
Would you please confirm that you are at the latest version of the Swiper1?
Are you able to see the list of 'Available Swiper1 Bluetooth Devices' in Swiper1 App >> Device Manager? If you see the list of 'Available Swiper1 Bluetooth Devices' that is where you need to select and click on Save.Regards,

I just updated the latest version today (updated 3 days ago) and tried again. It did not connect with the bluetooth device.

Yes, but it still said when I tried to choose the Bluetooth option, it said "No bluetooth devices detected. Make sure your Swiper1 device is turned on and try again" However my device is on and the yellow light is blinking.
