Compatibility with newer iOS and Android Devices

We purchased Swiper1 devices last year. They only work with older Android and iOS devices. Are the Swiper 3 devices the most recent ones? Our Swipers won't work with any device running iOS 11 and above, nor anything above Android 5.1.1.

Please see whether your device is listed in the supported devices.

However, FYI on 1st Aug, we have released the Bluetooth version of Swiper1 which is the latest device.
