Plans for updates hardware?

Hello,

We have been using swipers for a few years and always had issues with them not working on certain phones (even ones that were listed as being approved to work with swiper1). We like the functionality of having the transactions go directly into Salesforce but are forced to look at other options due to the lack of dependability of the hardware. Are there any plans to update the swiper1 in the near future? We also noticed they are out of stock so we were wondering if this is being phased out.

Sorry for the inconvenience. May I know the device name you are referring to?

We are working on Bluetooth solution and it is under development which will solve many of this problem but that is a couple of months away.

As you said "not working on certain phones (even ones that were listed as being approved to work with swiper1)" we need phone details which are listed as being approved to work but not working so that we can review it.
