  • Transactions being declines

    I have tried a few test transactions for an event and Swiper 1 is unable to complete the transaction. Each transaction is declined (despite me verifying the various credit cards are good). Upon further review in the C&P portal, I noticed the transactions both had the same reason for the decline (see below). How do we correct this?


    Decline Reason: Invalid MerchantID/RegKey combination
