When I try to log into the App, and click get the code, I get the following error message. "Invalid entry, Please try again". Please let me know if there's a setting that I can adjust to have the code request work.

This can happen if your user does not have Swiper1 access in Connect. Have you checked to see if you have permission to access Swiper1? Also, not that it is related to this case, but please make sure you have the latest version. The latest version is shown below.

To login to Swiper1, Salesforce is totally out of the loop. You will need to have access in Connect. Please login to Connect and check your user to make sure you have Swiper1 access.
If you cannot login to Swiper1 it means Connect does not give you permission to login.
Salesforce access comes if you want to access Salesforce data from Swiper1.Regards,

Are you able to login to Swiper1? First screen of Swiper1 when you open it. It requires an email userid?

Is it OK if we change your email in Connect temporarily to test your account?
We are unable to duplicate this issue locally but would like to test it with your account. Needless to say your network is quite secure, based on our previous experience with your organization. We would like to test the account by changing your email to our test account and then revert it back.
