All of our tablets are logged in with the same username (email address). This e-mail address received two transaction receipts from Saturday. My e-mail address is associated with Connect and I received all of the transaction receipts from Saturday. Why would the logged-in email address receive those two receipts only? He already has checked his spam filter.

Since your email is listed under Patron >> Internal Notification list, you will receive a copy of the receipt for all the transaction processed through your account.
May I know the username who didn't receive the email?Regards,

We reviewed the logs for both of the order numbers and found that for the following order#39427-1803101225462896203 this email: [email protected] is listed under notification list, hence it received the copy of receipt whereas the other one doesn't have the email listed.
Please login with that user in Swiper1 App in all the devices and add that email in notification list under Swiper1 App >> Receipt Settings then moving forward that email will receive a copy of the receipt.Regards,
