Are you receiving an ERROR or are you receiving a Decline? There is a big difference.

Are you seeing a Decline message and the content of the Decline is the text you are sharing?

Please switch to TEST mode and test with 4111 card number?

It seems like your device is not communicating with our servers. Recently we have disabled the TLS 1.0 due to PCI requirements. Your device, if connecting using TLS 1.0 will not be able to connect.

We are not seeing your posts in our system so your posts are not posting to our web services.

Would you please switch to TEST mode and test with 4111 card and let me know what you see.

We think this is an issue with TLS 1.0 - we are investigating the device you have & the OS to figure out what the support is for this device and if it supports TLS 1.1 / 1.2

All of our devices work with no issues so our guess is the old devices may have the problem with TLS 1.2, ..

Do you have a new device that you can test .. we just want to see if it is a Galaxy 10 issue.

Yes, it worked with a manual entry in test mode with a Samsung S7 phone

That makes sense. Our entire platform had disabled TLS 1.0 a while back and we waited till the very last moment to disable it for support of the remote connections, e.g. Swiper1 - to help with old devices.

Our research shows that the Android 4.x has problem with TLS 1.2 and higher. Our team is investigating how we can possibly add support in Swiper1 to force these devices to use TLS 1.2 and higher.

We have actually included this fix in Swiper1 already so the version you have installed has this implementation but it seems not to work.

Our team worked on this issue over the weekend and we just finished our tests with many older Android versions.

The new update, which was just released to the Google Play, forces TLS 1.2 connection when the option is not available. The forcing is done by installing the Android option which is included in new versions.

Please let us know if it works with your release. The new version # is shown below:
