Error msg: You need to have at least one item enabled or set up to continue

We are receiving an Alert msg using the Swiper1 app on an approved Samsung tablet:

You need to have at least one item enabled or set up to continue.
Please go to Settings and enable one or all of the following options:

-Cash Register
-Store
-Event

We have already "restored" from a successful backup. Our other 3 tablets are operating just fine.

In case of, if default cash register and store categories are disabled the above alert will display.

Please go to the Settings >> Additional Options >> Cash Register Default >> here Enable Cash Register.

OR

If you have items in the store, then go to the Settings >> Store Manager >> Add Category >> check the box for categories which having store items.

Either one has to be enabled in order to avoid the alert.

The former will not work for us. The latter applies but that did not correct the problem. We reinstalled the app and that worked.
