I am testing out the purchasing process using Swiper 1 on my Samsung S8 and running into issues. I am able to add items to the cart. I then click on the cart to check out. Then click the orange check out button in the bottom right and the app crashes (provides a Swiper 1 stopped alert). I have restarted the app as well as restarted the phone and the issue persists. Please help. Thanks!

We have identified the issue. The issue is specifically with Samsung devices Note 5, Galaxy S6, S7 and S8 - OS 7.0. However, it will be addressed in the next update.

I have Swiper1 version 8.007.013 dated 5/24/2018 on my Galaxy S7. When I try to use the Swiper1 unit, I get "Connecting to Swiper1, please wait..." and then eventually I get "Alert! Please check the selected device in Device Manager." Do I have something set up wrong or is my phone not supported? If not what are my options?
