Sorry for the late reply. We didn't updated this thread it doesn't mean we are not working on it. We are investigating and trying to find out the root cause of the issue. Since it is a strange case and never reported by any of our client, we are testing it with multiple scenarios in our test instances but unable to replicate it.
We will update this post once we find out whats going on.

Would you please share the order number and the Attendee name for which didn't get the custom questions?
Regarding the registration emails, that is an known issue in the current version. Hopefully it will be addressed in the next release which maybe due out in next week.

Registration Email
I just had an event manager register herself and husband for one of our regional meeting through the Swiper1 app. For some reason the system will not push out the registration emails that are part of this event. Also, her custom question answers came over, but not her husband's answers (required fields). She is using an iPhone 7. Org ID 00D61000000JSwL and C&P has been granted access.Tags: None
