Swiper1 Iphone 7

Hello,
Swiper1 does not work on Iphone 7 with the OCR Scanner. I recieve a message that states "Transaction Failed, Contact Admin;" however, the same transaction works on an IPAD or Android Phone for the same event.
Can you assist?
