  • How to purchase a new Swiper?

    We have a swiper already but we need a second one. I need to know:
    1) Where can I purchase another swiper?
    2) How do I connect it with our existing merchant account for our first swiper?
    3) How quickly can we receive this swiper and get it connected and functioning?

    This is needed urgently and no later than Tuesday, August 22, 2017

    You may purchase the Swiper1 device from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Click-Pledge-.../dp/B00JF9L6UK

    Once you get it you may use it directly by plugin the device.

    Please note that you need to select/choice the type of device under Menu > Device Manager:

    FYI, we do also have an option to scan the card in the latest release:

      My colleagues and I are experiencing serious delays when using the app, particularly when trying to perform event processes. Most of the time, the process completely times out. We all have the latest version of the app. Please advise if there are any other settings that can be changed to speed up the app. We have just purchased extra swipers but we are not currently confident that the app can meet our needs if the functionality does not work.

            I have forwarded this to our testing team as well as to our developers to review the case.

            However, in the meantime you may use the scan option as mentioned in my previous post:

            Please note, in order to use the scan option, iOS version should be 8 or greater.

              Thank you for forwarding to your team. However, the slow part is not related to payment, it is primary related to all of the Event functions, particularly the Register function.

                      We need following information in order to debug the issue:

                      1. Please share the user names who are getting the above issue.
                      2. The devices in the question, does have enough storage space? because we found having low space in the device will face such issues.
                      3. Admin has to give permissions to the Users in Salesforce to get access to all the fields.
