Good day ileanacampk
Our tests show that iPhone's Safari behavior has changed and is blocking the iframe since the parent page is not secure. This change of behavior is still being investigated as we are trying to find a solution to bypass the block.
This change may force us to completely abandon this product as the domain mapping is being blocked. We still have not lost all hope and are trying to find a solution.
I am simply updating this thread so you are aware that this is being worked on.Regards,

Good day ileanacampk
We made an update a while back but we don't think Safari issue can be resolved and may force us to abandon this product.
Here is the problem.
We allow for organizations to create a CNAME and point their website address to our site. Our system looks up the domain and shows the content. To help with this we iframe the donation form in a frame that has YOUR domain name. While the main site is not secure, since we do not have your SSL key, the iframe is secure.
Safari has decided to block the secure content if the parent frame is not secure. The issue you are having is simply because of Safari's decision to block and do whatever it likes - whereas other browsers are OK with this. If you test this with other browsers, e.g. Chrome or Firefox in iPhone this problem does not exist.
If you still have problem we simply can only recommend that you do not use Safari. As of now we do not have a solution and are considering of not supporting this feature if we are unable to find a workaround for Safari's nonstandard behavior.
In my opinion, there are 2 companies that are working hard to totally break the web, namely Apple & Microsoft. They believe in standards, as long as it is their standard and simply force everyone to quadruple the coding to ensure compatibility with their poor browsers.
Sorry for the problem.. it truly is not us.Last edited by CnP.Support; 01-05-2017, 01:33 PM.Regards,
