I installed the Swiper1 app on iPhone 6 and IPad 2 and only manual entry is working on both devices. On phone, i keep getting a "device not ready" message even after re-installing app. On iPad, no matter how many times or what direction we swipe credit cards, it says "re-swipe." Please help!

I am having this same issue. I've tried multiple devices, but all have trouble. When it does allow me to swipe, I have to swipe multiple times, and it might read the card....it might now.Comment
